Man, 27, arrested after three cannabis farms discovered in just over a week
THREE cannabis farms have now been discovered in a Rossendale town in just over a week, according to police.
Last week officers discovered a ‘substantial’ set-up at a property in Eastgate, Whitworth, and a 27-year-old man was arrested on a drugs supply charge.
This was followed up by a raid on a house in Market Street on Monday, October 19 and a third raid in Victoria Street on Tuesday, October 20, with 38 plants and equipment seized.
Investigations continue.
