FIREFIGHTERS were called to a blaze in a poultry shed in Bacup.
The incident on Tong Lane started at 10.54pm last night, but firefighters were still at the scene this morning.

It is not yet known if any animals have been killed, but it has been confirmed that no people have been injured.
Firefighters from Bacup and Burnley Stations attended and used breathing apparatus and three hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
