Former pub could be converted into house
A FORMER pub in Rossendale could be converted into a house.
The closed Flowers Inn is the subject of a new planning application that has been submitted to Rossendale Council.
The future of the Bacup pub, which is located in Todmorden Road, will be decided in the coming months.
