Firefighters called out to strong chemical smell find cleaning fluid poured down drain
FIREFIGHTERS called to New Line, in Bacup, after residents reported a strong smell of chemicals found the source yesterday — cleaning fluid poured down the drain.
Crews were called out at about 9.05am.
