Paul Derek Phoenix, 37, of Queens Drive East, Ramsey, Isle of Man, is charged with one offence of buggery and nine of committing an act of gross indecency with the same boy on dates between January 1, 1983, and August 1986 when the boy was aged between nine and 13 years of age.
At the time of the offences Phoenix was aged between 13 and 16.
