PUPILS at St Leonard's Primary School, in Langho, are celebrating their success in the inter-schools athletics competition at St Augustine's High School.
It is the third year the high school has put on the tournament for its feeder schools in the area to encourage sport.
Three sessions were held in the first week of February, with a different team of six pupils from each school competing in each one.
The children took part in sprinting, throwing, and jumping events.
In the first and second sessions, pupils from St Leonard's came first, and in the third session they came third. All children received certificates for their achievement.
John Kelly, a teacher at St Leonard's, said: "We're really grateful to St Augustine's, and to their head of PE Tom Holt, for organising the event."
