A CHARITY event is being organised by a Clitheroe man to raise money for the NSPCC.
Jonathan Kay, 45, of Windemere Avenue, is organising a three-day event in Keswick starting on June 18, called "Slow Way Round".
The first part will be a 31 mile mountain bike ride around Skiddaw in Cumbria, followed by a 10 mile walk at Derwent Water on day two, and finally a day at the Go Ape adventure park in Ambleside. Along with 35 other friends and family members, Jonathan is hoping to raise around £1,000 for the charity.
