A chef from a Clitheroe restaurant unveiled a special cocktail made entirely from local produce marking the launch of the Ribble Valley food trail.

Stosie Madi, of Weezo’s Modern European Restaurant, The Old Toll House, Clitheroe, showcased the drink to promote the major tourism and regeneration initiative from Ribble Valley Borough Council.

It showcases 36 producers, retailers and restaurateurs on a fold-out map and dedicated website.
