THE historic Whalley Abbey is set to hold a season of family theatre performances.
Pendle Productions professional actors are set to roll up for a season of merriment and fun at the iconic landmark.
It all starts on Saturday, July 19, with performances at 12.30pm and 2.30 pm, when Toad, Ratty, Mole and Badger row into town with their tale of river folk and life on the water in the classic tale of ‘Wind In the Willows’.
The classic tale is followed by a new musical, ‘The Dragon Who Lost His Home’, on Sunday August 3, from 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
‘Alice’s Adventures through the looking Glass’ will be performed on Sunday, August 17, from 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
All tickets are priced at £7 and there one adult goes free with every two child tickets bought.
