THE mystery behind why X-Factor favourite Grace Davies' Wembley audition was not shown on ITV last week has been solved.
The warehouse worker from Langho had seemingly made it through to the dreaded 'six-chair challenge' — but her audition in front of the 4,000-strong Wembley crowd did not make it into the final cut of Sunday's show.
The warehouse worker, who wowed the judges in the opening show of the new series with her own song 'Roots', sung James Arthur's 'Say You Won't Let Go' with three others on Saturday's show.
But after making it through the first stage of bootcamp, the preview for the next show revealed that Grace did indeed make it through.
Viewers however did not get to see Grace's Wembley Arena performance.
An X-Factor spokesman confirmed that there were more arena auditions to come and would be aired this Saturday.
