Hunt for Clitheroe flasher

A FLASHER who exposed himself to a female dog walker in a Clitheroe park is being hunted by police.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, approached his victim in Brungerley Park shortly after 3.45pm.
PC Ian Dickinson said that the man was described as around 5ft 8in, clean shaven, but with some noticeable dark stubble and collar- length dark untidy hair.
As he approached the woman, the man, wearing a beige baseball cap, a dark jacket and jeans, dropped his trousers.
