Police arrest a man for drink driving after driving on the wrong side of the road while leaving Longridge
A MAN has been arrested after driving on the wrong side of the road.
Police officers caught a man driving on the opposite side of the road while leaving Longridge last night.
The driver, who claimed he couldn't see the police van, has been arrested for drink driving and failing to stop for police.
A police spokesman said the driver was twice over the legal limit at roadside.
