THE last night of the Ribble Valley Music Festival will be getting the Disney treatment tomorrow night.

Over the past three years, the Ribble Valley Summer Proms have brought a lot of people together and successfully raised money for churches throughout the valley where they are held.

These will climax with one of the key live music events in the area, the famous Last Night of the Ribble Valley Proms, which this year will take place on Friday at Christ Church, Chatburn.

The programme will bring the magic of Disney music and songs performed by award-winning Oldham Band with professional soprano Elizabeth Phillips.

There will also be a special appearance by the Performance Academy before a rousing, flag-waving sing-along of all the patriotic prom numbers.

Clive Greenwood, Chairman of the Ribble Valley Music Festival said: “The Ribble Valley Proms has been made successful through the tremendous support from the public and which has seen every event selling out."

Tickets will cost £10 and will include refreshments and the loan of a flag will also be loaned to guests to wave during the concert.

Tickets can be purchased from Roy Porter Butcher in Chatburn or from Clive by emailing info@ribblevalleymusic.co.uk.
