TRAIN users faced delays of 90 minutes between Blackburn and Clitheroe after a vehicle struck a bridge.
Network Rail said the vehicle collided with the bridge in Park Avenue, Clitheroe shortly after 1.30pm.
Trains on the Manchester Victoria line returned to normal service at 3pm.
