SKYDIVING Ribble Valley Mayor Richard Sherras will come down to earth when he hosts a charity dinner dance.
He and his mayoress, family friend Lynne Pate, will hold the event at the Shireburn Arms Hotel, Hurst Green on Saturday, November 9 It will raise funds for the Soldiers' and Sailors' Families Association and Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
The event includes a three-course dinner and entertainment by Lancashire crooner Wayne Farrow.
