Challenge for ‘Apprentices’

STUDENTS at Nelson and Colne College have taken part in their own version of The Apprentice.

The college’s Business Studies department arranged the event, which saw Colne’s Apprentice star Azhar Siddique on the panel.

He was joined by Hanna Latty, Pendle Council’s town centres manager, and Allan Dye, head of student services.

The students were tasked with coming up with their own ‘pop-up shop’ which could run in one of the vacant units in Nelson.
