A COUPLE stole a £8,500 camper van after taking it for a test drive.
The pair, who had a baby with them, asked to test drive the vehicle at A to B vehicle sales, Colne Road, Kelbrook.
They took the Toyota van, registration M772 SHG at noon on Monday, but did not return.
The man was white, around 28 years old, slim, 5ft 8in tall and had ginger hair.
The woman, who was also white, was around 23 years old and holding a baby. She had long blonde hair.
They arrived in a blue Transit minibus, which was left on the garage forecourt. It carried false registration plates reading BT53 RUC.
