A PENDLE-based firm has scooped a prestigious industry award in recognition of its exemplary performance.
Staff at Weston EU Ltd, were presented with the Rolls-Royce Chief Procurement Officer Award earlier this week.
It commends the firm as a supplier which has demonstrated commitment to impacting positively on performance to the customer.
Dr Mike Orris, Chief Procurement Officer, Rolls-Royce plc, visited the company’s Earby base to present the award to the whole team. He was given a tour of the new West Craven facility and he talked to the workforce.
Weston EU manufactures precision machined details and associated assemblies for the aero-engine, aero-structures and aircraft interiors industries.
It operates from two sites in the UK, which are located in Earby and Foulridge, near Colne.
