STARS from Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor are to make an appearance at the second annual Earby Field Fest this summer.
Taking place on Sunday, August 13, there will be more than 20 tribute acts including Justin Bieber, Little Mix, Adele, George Michael and Ollie Murs.
Samantha Atkinson, who hit the headlines when she was pipped to the live shows by Honey G in last year’s X-Factor, will join Britain’s Got Talent finalist Jamie Lee Harrison and Tom Bleasby, who quit the X-Factor after a video of him singing a virtual duet with Jessie J amassed more than 6 million views online.
He has since opened for superstar Jason Derulo.
Gary Dowson, one of the organisers, said: “We created the event last year and we are back again in August.
“It’s a real family-orientated festival. We have Disney characters and superheroes for the children.
“We have a different licence this year so there will be around 1,000 tickets on sale.
“The money will go towards the Earby Community Centre and MIND.
It starts at noon on the Springfield playing field and tickets cost £7.50 and £5 for under 18s. Family tickets cost £20.
