A GOLF day, held by West Craven Insurance Services, raised £2,290 for Pendleside Hospice.
Several businesses and organisations took part and Burnley Leisure were crowned overall winners at the event.
Lisa Parker, the Earby-based business’ director, said: “The event was at Ghyll Golf Club this year and we can’t thank them enough for all their help and hospitality.
“They’re a fantastic family club and share our ethos of putting something back into our community so we’re very grateful for all their support.
“It enabled us to raise a massive £2290 as part of our fundraising efforts for this year’s Corporate Challenge for Pendleside Hospice.”
Christina Cope, Pendleside Hospice’s fundraising manager, said: “The proceeds will support the vital work we do to promote and enhance quality of life for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.”
