SNOWY conditions have led to road closures in East Lancashire.
Motorists are urged to drive carefully during rush hour following road closures in some parts of East Lancashire.
The M65 eastbound lane closed on the exit slip road at junction five on A6077 Haslingden Road and B6232 Haslingden Road near Shadsworth.
It is understood one of two lanes is closed on the exit slip road up to the roundabout.
The A682 Manchester Road in Burnley is closed both ways because of hazardous driving conditions due to snow between A646 Rossendale Road and Wilkinson Road.
There are also road closures in Lancashire Moor Road in Laneshaw Bridge near Colne.
On the Colne road closure, a Lancashire Council spokesman said: "This is a high-level cross-Pennine route from Colne and Trawden towards Howarth and Bradford which has been difficult to keep open during the current conditions."
