WARNING: Stop children throwing park’s frogs
FRIENDS of Ball Grove Park in Colne are appealing for children not to pick up frogs and throw them around.
The group say that a letter was recently received by Pendle Council stating that a member of the public spotted children throwing frogs at the nature reserve pond, as parents looked on or catching frogs to put in a bucket to take home.
