Chance to speak on plans

THE public are invited to speak at a question time before the Barrowford and Western Parishes Committee.
The meeting is at 7pm on Thursday.
Items on the agenda will include the erection of a food store, car park and alterations to highways at land off Halstead Lane.
To speak about planning applications, residents must make a request to Pendle Council chief executive Stephen Barnes in writing or by phone by noon on the day of the meeting.
