TWO friends are to complete the final part of their year-long fundraising challenge this week.
Josh Hindle, 26, from Barrowford, and David Smith, 31, from Nelson, have been completing task each month of the year to raise money for Pendleside Hospice.
On Friday the pair will be visiting the children at Royal Blackburn Hospital dressed as superheroes to give gifts to the patients.
Mr Smith said: "We are looking good for the challenge so far.
"Thank you to everyone who has donated presents for all the children at royal Blackburn hospital for the children's ward."
So far around £7,500 has been raised for the hospice with the year long campaign.
The friends have said people can keep donating until December 30 when they will host an event to celebrate the years fundraising.
