Burnley social home care honour

A PROVIDER of social home care, which has a branch in Burnley, has scooped a top award.

Sevacare, of Billington Road, won the Care Employer Award, at the national Great British Home Care Awards.

The judges said of Sevacare: “This team represented a cross-section of staff and showed the passion of the company.

The managers focused on care quality are empowered to innovate by developing local ways to support and enhance the personal care available.”

Roger Booker, chief executive, said: “This is a tremendous accolade.”
