A PERSON was treated for smoke inhalation after a kitchen fire at a house.
The blaze in Peel Gardens, Colne, broke out at around 11.15pm on Friday, February 16.
Two crews from Colne attended the fire which happened in the kitchen of the house.
Four firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel jet and a ventilation unit to put out the fire and clear the property of smoke.
A fire service spokesman said: "One casualty was treated at the scene for the effects of smoke inhalation by firefighters prior to the arrival of ambulance crews."
