Cllr Joe Cooney has written to Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and Lib Dem leader Tim Farron to ask for them to investigate.
In the letter he said: “We expect that you will take appropriate action to rectify what will be viewed by many as appalling behaviour.
“Even having the only BNP councillor left in the country sitting on Pendle Council is an embarrassing anachronism.”
Cllr Greaves said: “The Tories in Pendle are very angry they did not get a majority at the recent budget meeting.
“They are just telling lies now and it needs to stop.”
