Jury discharged in case of Barnoldswick man accused of sex offences

THE jury has been discharged in the case of a 44-year- old man accused of sex offences.
Mark Leslie Dallison, of Melville Avenue, Barnoldswick, had been on trial at Burnley Crown Court, where he had denied six charges of rape and three counts of sexual activity with a child.
The jury was discharged by Judge Beverley Lunt and Dallison will now face trial over the allegations in September.
