Service delayed between Colne and Blackburn

TRAIN passengers faced a 45 minute delay after a level crossing in Colne became stuck in the up position.
Northern Rail passengers travelling between Colne and Blackburn were affected this morning.
The issue was resolved at around 9am and normal service resumed.
