Arson charge over Nelson house fire

A NELSON man faced magistrates in connection with a suspected arson attack on a neighbouring house in Southfield.
Jeffrey Kumar Stansfield, 25, of Smith Street, is charged with arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered, on November 25. He was sent in custody for crown court trial on December 17.
