PLANS to create a residents-only parking scheme in Colne are discussed tomorrow.
Colne and District Committee will examine plans after a petition weas submitted from Duke Street. Residents have asked for a parking scheme between numbers 2-24 and 7-25 to be considered.
So far, Pendle Council has sent questionnaires to residents and drawn up a plan showing the proposed residents- only parking bays.
Of those households surveyed, 16 were in favour, two were against and 27 did not reply. The meeting is at 7pm at Colne Town Hall.
