Witnesses needed as Pendle scooter rider is injured

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a scooter rider had to spend a night in hospital following a collision in Pendle.
A black Seat Ibiza was involved in an accident with the scooter, in Marsden Road, close to the junction with Hillingdon Road North, in Nelson.
The rider was treated for head and chest injuries, in Royal Blackburn Hospital, after the crash, at 6.30pm on November 2. Anyone with information is asked to call Pennine road policing unit on 101.
