Driver is guilty
MICHAEL Steven Currie, 31, of Curlew Close, Oswaldtwistle, has pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.
He was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court to be sentenced when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates, who heard the offence put him in breach of a suspended prison sentence imposed by the court.
