Store to be auctioned off
THE former Booze Busters store, in Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, is set to go under the hammer.
Pattinson Estate Agents, in Newcastle, will sell off the 44 sq m retail unit, which has been given a starting price of £50,000, in an unconditional buyer premium auction.
A spokesman said: “The accommodation is open plan on the ground floor and is ideally suited for retail use.”
