DARWEN Town Council has received a letter from the government’s Planning Inspectorate cancelling a proposed public inquiry in relation to planning application relating to Higher House Farm.
A letter has been received from the Department of Transport in London notifying the council of a proposal to ‘stop up’ the highway.
