Solar panels
PLANS to install 200 250-watt solar panels at Foulds House Farm, in Halifax Road, have been approved by Burnley Council.
Burnley Civic Trust and Briercliffe Parish Council had both raised objections to the scheme, with the trust concerned about the visual impact and that it was the first of its kind in the area.
