Chiefs look at games area
CHILDREN could benefit from a new play area in a Hyndburn village.
Mark Pickup, from Hyndburn Borough Council, says £100,000 remains available despite the collapse of plans for Stone Hey corner, at the junction of Station Road and Lowergate Road in Huncoat.
Chiefs are now thinking of extending the Hollows in Bolton Avenue playing fields and adding a games area.
