Application for sun lounge
HOSPITAL surgeon Gunther Schmitgen has applied to Burnley Council for permission to create a sun lounge in natural stone flags, in the grounds of Foulds House Farm, in Halifax Road, Briercliffe. He was also behind recent proposals to establish a solar panel installation elsewhere on the rural site.
