Plot set to go
LAND off Earcroft Way in Darwen is set to go under the hammer next month.
The vacant parcel of land, which measures around 0.24 hectares or 0.58 acres, has been described as having ‘development potential’ by marketing firm Pugh and Company. It has been given a guide price of £5,000 for the auction.
