Self-harming
‘LET’S dispel myths around self-harm’.
That was the message from youngsters’ mental health charity Lauren’s Place.
Writing online, the charity, set up following the death of 17-year-old Lauren Johnson last year, urged teachers, parents, and children to ‘be aware’ that one in 12 teenagers self-harm.
