Paving scheme
COUNCIL regeneration chiefs have launched a bid to finish off incomplete town centre paving work in Nelson.
Regeneration unit officials from Pendle Council are asking the town’s area committee for £10,000 towards the project in Scotland Road.
The funding would provide for higher-quality materials to be used for parking bays, in line with the improvement works along the rest of the road and nearby Market Street.
