Vacancies for church roles
THE St Peter’s Church annual parochial church meeting will take place at the Church Street building on Monday, March 30, from 7.30pm.
There will be five places available on the parochial church council for the 2015 to 2018 period and there are vacancies for two extra deanery synod representatives until 2017.
In the church newsletter The Messenger, Rev CanonFleur Green said: “It would be really good to have a full complement on the PCC so please can I appeal to you all to pray and think about standing for these important roles in the life of our church.”
The PCC meets eight times a year and the deanery synod meets three times a year.
