Fly-tippers hit site
FLY-TIPPERS have dumped rubbish behind private garages at the back of Spring Street in Rishton.
Councillor Ken Moss said the garages are owned and managed by Ingham and Yorke on behalf of the Dunkenhalgh Estate.
He said: “The council has made requests for them to clear the site of waste.”
