Be vigilant
VIGILANCE has been urged in parts of Hyndburn following a spate of break-ins.
Police in Baxenden, Peel and Barnfield said there had been a burglary in Spencer Street and attempts in Hollins Lane. Two break-ins in the Woodnook area have also been reported.
A spokesman said: “We would ask all residents to be extra vigilant.”
