Extension plans
THE owner of a Grade II listed building in Accrington has applied to make alterations and build an extension.
Joe Boyd, of High Riley Cottages in Sandy Lane, wants to replace a conservatory with an extension. He is also seeking consent to make other alterations replace windows, rebuild a gable elevation and make alterations to the layout of the ground and first floors.
