Path revamp
PLANS to upgrade the definitive byways map, by upgrading a footpath in School Lane, Edgworth, to a bridleway, and including a stretch in Church Meadows, Belmont, after thought by North Turton Parish Council, will be considered by the authority at Blackburn with Darwen Council.
