Planning deciders
BLACKBURN with Darwen Borough Council’s Planning and Highways Committee will hold its next meeting on Thursday from 6.30pm to 9pm.
The public session to consider applications for planning permission will be in Meeting Room A at Blackburn Town Hall chaired by Cllr Dave Smith.
