Drug case for trial
TIMOTHY John Ainsworth, 31, of Fletcher Street, Nelson, has been sent for crown court trial on bail by Pennine magistrates. He is accused of producing cannabis on April 30 at Brierfield.
He will appear at Burnley Crown Court for a plea and directions hearing on April 13.
