Flag lowered
THE flag over Accrington town hall was lowered at the request of Hyndburn mayor, Cllr Munsif Dad, as a mark of respect for the school massacre victims in Pakistan. The Pakistani government has declared three days of official mourning, and in honour of this the flag will remain lowered until Friday.
