A FUNDRAISER for Morgan Hewitt, a little girl from Colne who is battling a rare form of cancer will be held on Saturday, August 31 at the Cottontree Inn in Rosley Street.
From noon until 4pm there will be a bouncy castle, face painting, tombola, cake and sweetie cone stalls.
There will also be toy and book sales, loom band making, sports and much more.
The event has been organised by Tracy Anderson, a friend of Morgan’s mother, who wants to raise enough money to send the family on holiday.
Their planned getaway – which was to be given to them by a charity – had to be cancelled due to Morgan’s ill health, so friends hope to fund a replacement.
